What does Co-Stylist mean?

Fresh out of School! They are in their first year of their apprenticeship.

They offer Junior prices + 15% off all their services, and typically work 1-2 days a week behind the chair!
Co-Stylists when not servicing clients, they are typically found assisting senior and master stylists, handling chores and processing or washing clients when needed!

What does Junior Mean?

These stylists have been in the industry for over 2 years and are sponges for knowledge. Junior stylists generally have the fewest clients and industry knowledge. However, junior stylists will work on building their clientele and their skillset while helping out around the salon

What does Senior Mean?

These professionals have been in the industry for a 3-10 years, and have developed their skillset and knowledge. They offer a wide variety of services while they narrow down their niche/ specialized services! They have a base clientele and usually take new clients who prefer to see a stylist with more experience. This experience allows them to charge a little more than a junior stylist.

What does Master Mean?

These stylists have been in the industry 10+ years and have the largest clientele list! They offer mainly services they specialize in! For some it may be colors, cuts, texture, etc. Since master stylists have some major industry knowledge, they do a great deal of educating and help to train junior stylists. Their experience allows them to charge more than a senior stylist.
